Order Processing Times

Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, Nightingale Leather Co. has a Lead Time placed on each ordering page. Our current Lead Time is approximately 48 weeks from the date of order & payment. At times, with lead times this far out, it is very difficult to get an exact estimate on turnaround times. Occasionally, the lead time may be a few weeks to a month longer than the estimated lead time on listed on my web page. This may extend the lead time for your order past the estimated date. We appreciate your patience while we work through your customized order.

Shipping Costs

USPS shipping costs keep increasing every year so, in turn, Nightingale Leather needs to accordingly increase shipping costs yearly. Occasionally we may ship UPS or FedEx. If you require UPS or FedEx over USPS please contact me before you place your order.

Our Standard USPS Shipping Rates (3 to 4 Business Days) are:

  • Orders shipping to an address in the Continental United States with an order value of $45.00 or less, have a rate of $5.75.
  • Orders shipping to an address in the Continental United States with an order value between $45.00 to $95.00, have a rate of $8.95.
  • Orders shipping to an address in the Continental United States with an order value between $95.00 to $290.00, have a rate of $11.95.
  • Orders shipping to an address in the Continental United States with an order value between $290.00 to $499.00, have a rate of $17.05.
  • Orders shipping to an address in the Continental United States with an order value between $499.00 to $1,200.00, have a rate of $24.50 and up.
  • Orders shipping to an address in the Continental United States with an order value between $1200.00 to $2500.00, have a rate of $34.95.
  • Orders shipping to an address in the Continental United States with an order value between $2500.00 to $3800.00, have a rate of $46.50.
  • Orders shipping to an address in the Continental United States with an order value between $3800.00 to $5000.00, have a rate of $56.95.
  • Please contact us for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the USA. 

Insurance

Insurance for your shipment is included in my shipping fees.  If an item is lost in shipment or for whatever reason does not arrive at your address in a timely fashion (within a few weeks to a month of the ship date), I will replace the item.

International Orders

Occasionally we sell outside of the United States. Currently we do not have international order shipping costs established for our Online Store. If you are outside the US, please contact us via email at, kevin@nightingaleleather.com. We will set up the Online Store for the country you will be ordering from and secure a shipping quote.
