Warranty & Return Policy

All items are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. If an item fails under normal use during that time, please contact us first, then return the item with a tracking number. The item will be repaired, adjusted, replaced, or a refund of the purchase price will be offered—at our sole discretion.

Please note: Once leather for your order has been cut, no refunds will be issued.

Each item is custom-built to fulfill a specific customer order and is often tailored to individual specifications. If an error was made in production—wrong model, color, or other specifications—contact us immediately via email. We will arrange for a return and a corrected replacement at no additional charge.
